Building upon the University’s existing corporate partners, non-governmental organizations and alumni, students can source internships with international sponsors in collaboration with Texas Global and Texas Career Engagement.

There are over 500,000 Longhorn alumni living across the globe. Texas Global works to connect students with internships opportunities hosted by alumni and corporate partners abroad. Interested students should contact international.internships@austin.utexas.edu.

Self-Sourced Internships Abroad: Register Your Travel

Students can search for internships abroad with UT Austin corporate partners through 12Twenty@Texas.

If you arrange your own internship abroad to meet UT degree requirements or receive a scholarship from UT to fund your internship abroad, you must register your travel with Texas Global.
