Administrative Associate, Texas Global

Provides administrative support for affiliate, exchange, faculty-led, internship and research programs. Coordinates with Assistant Directors regarding administration priorities.

Assistant International Student Advisor

Assist in the processing and preparation of immigration documents for F-1 and J-1 students. Ensure university's compliance with federal regulations and keep detailed records of all processes. Provide excellent communication to international students and campus community.

Communications Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Writer, the Communications Specialist will promote the global brand of The University of Texas at Austin through outstanding journalism and storytelling.

Global Strategies Specialist

The global strategies specialist reports to the director of global alumni relations in the Office of the Senior Vice Provost for Global Engagement (OSVPGE) and assists the global strategies officers with data collection and analysis related to UT’s internationalization activities on campus and abroad. The position is responsible for administrative functions such as coordinating virtual and in-person activities, inbound and outbound delegations, alumni and parent events, donor recognition ceremonies, and student engagement.

International Student Advisor

Advise international students on matters including, yet not limited to, immigration. Work closely with academic departments to support international students. Ensure university’s compliance with federal regulations and keep detailed records of all processes. Work as a highly functioning, collaborative member of the Student Immigration Advising (SIA) team, as well as International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) as a whole.

Senior Administrative Associate, Texas Global

To provide highly complex, administrative support, coordinating and organizing administrative processes and office workflow using a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.

Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist, Texas Global

Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) at Texas Global, the Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling contract administration responsibilities for Texas Global. The position is responsible for supporting a wide range of responsibilities that require procurement and contractual review, applying contractual judgment and expertise to assist in delivering information and decision support. Responsible for a broad scope of contractual activities, including but not limited to assisting with preparation, submission, management, tracking, and close-out of business contracts, ensuring best practices and compliance with The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas System rules and regulations.

Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Communications, the Senior Graphic Designer will plan, conceptualize, create, and manage the production of all print and digital materials for Texas Global and its various offices and programs.

Senior Program Coordinator

At the direction of Texas Global leadership, the Senior Program Coordinator is tasked to manage an assigned portfolio of grants, contracts, and custom programs, and perform complex administrative/programmatic responsibilities. The incumbent is responsible for the management, development, and implementation of short-term customized programs. These positions are available to Texas Global employees only.

Senior Software Developer / Analyst

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Information Systems, serve as the Senior Software Developer/Analyst for Texas Global. Duties include resolving technical challenges within complex systems and business processes and designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing computer-based information systems that ensure efficiency and accuracy that meet the business needs for Texas Global.

Sponsored and Exchange Advisor

Responsible for the comprehensive advising of international sponsored and reciprocal exchange students. Work as a highly functioning, collaborative member of International Student and Scholar Services.
