Academic Records Administrative Associate, Education Abroad
Responsible for processing study abroad credit and for recommending and implementing improvements to credit processes and technology systems. Assist students while abroad and upon return with course equivalency, credit and grade questions and works closely with staff in Education Abroad, other education abroad offices on campus, the Office of the Registrar, Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Office of Graduate Admissions on credit-related matters.
Accountant III
Performs accounting and related tasks, including overseeing the recording, review, analysis, and reporting of financial data within a large business sector. The individual will exercise sound, independent judgment and critical thinking when applying advanced accounting knowledge to complex routines and in preparing various detailed, regular, and special financial reports and statements. Prepares year-end adjusting, closing, and balance forward entries for designated departmental accounts. Also helps prepare Texas Global's monthly and annual financial reports.
Assistant International Faculty and Scholar Advisor
The assistant international faculty and scholar advisor serves as a vital resource for international faculty, scholars, and researchers navigating immigration processes at The University of Texas at Austin. This role on the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) team combines expertise in immigration regulations with a commitment to service excellence for our international academic community. The assistant international faculty and scholar advisor supports campus partners and visiting scholars by providing expert guidance on J-1 Exchange Visitor matters and ensuring institutional compliance with federal regulations. This position reports to the assistant director for faculty and scholar services.

The assistant international student advisor serves as a vital resource for international students navigating their educational journey in the United States. This role on the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) team combines expertise in immigration regulations with a passion for student success to create a supportive environment for our varied international community. The assistant international student advisor supports students through expert guidance on immigration matters while ensuring institutional compliance with federal regulations. This position reports to the senior international student advisor.
International Student Advising Lead
Serve as a critical component of our immigration advising operations, providing expert guidance on complex federal regulations to international students and the University community through holistic, individualized advising and consultation. This position reports to the assistant director for student advising services.
Global Strategies Officer
The Global Strategies Officer (GSO) supports the Office of Global Engagement and Strategy (OGES) and collaborates with all Texas Global units, 18 UT Schools/Colleges, faculty/staff, and international partners to advance the university’s global strategic efforts. The incumbent plays a key role in mapping UT internationalization activities on campus and abroad, collecting data that will inform and support decision-making pertinent to the development and implementation of institutional global strategies, and coordinating inbound and outbound intra-institutional delegations. The GSO also provides day-to-day programmatic support and assists in the administration of policies and procedures implemented within the OGES and/or across the institution. Occasional travel is expected. The position reports to the Director of Global Initiatives and Alumni Relations.
International Student Advisor, Sponsored and General Advising, ISSS
To serve as a vital resource for international students, providing expert immigration advising and holistic support that enables their success at the University. As the primary advisor for sponsored students — including those supported by governments, employers, or organizations — you'll help them navigate both complex federal regulations and the compliance obligations set forth by their sponsors. You'll also advise the broader international student population, working collaboratively within the advising team and reporting to the advising team lead in student advising services.
Senior Director for Education Abroad
The Senior Director for Education Abroad serves as a key member of the Texas Global leadership team and provides executive-level leadership for complex, multi-functional units within Education Abroad. Working in close partnership with the Senior Vice Provost for Global Engagement and Chief International Officer, this role translates institutional priorities into clear direction, effective implementation, and sustained organizational excellence. The Senior Director oversees the broader Education Abroad leadership structure, including the Director of Exchange and Affiliated Programs and the Director of Experiential Learning, and ensures strong alignment, resource planning, and service delivery across these portfolios, in support of Texas Global’s mission and university priorities.
Senior Program Coordinator, Education Abroad
To perform advanced education abroad advising, program administration, development, and coordination. Will be responsible for providing the ongoing training of academic advisors about curriculum integration and international opportunities. Advances the awareness and understanding of education abroad opportunities through collaboration with departments and international partners to provide innovative, academically relevant programs and exceptional student services within the college infrastructure. Collaborates with the college or school international education committees at the direction of Education Abroad leadership.
Senior Program Coordinator, International Student and Scholar Services
Serve as a vital driver of campus engagement and community-building for our international student and scholar population, managing International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) strategic communications and signature programming that enriches the on-campus experience. This position reports to the assistant director for intercultural programs and initiatives.
