Assistant Director, Education Abroad
Provide leadership to the Faculty-Led modality team and Sciences academic cluster, which advances the mission and vision of Texas Global in collaboration with academic departments and international partners to support innovative programming and exceptional student services. Ensure that the core functions of the team are carried out effectively.
Program Coordinator
Responsible for advising students and managing a portfolio of education abroad programs. Duties include promoting programs, participant recruitment, application review and selection, development/execution of pre-departure and re-entry sessions, coordination with domestic and international partners, and associated administrative tasks.
Senior International Faculty and Scholar Advisor
The Senior International Faculty and Scholar Advisor plays a critical role in The University of Texas at Austin's ability to recruit and retain world-class international talent. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Faculty and Scholar Services, this position provides expert guidance on complex U.S. immigration regulations and manages employment-based visa processes, including I-140, I-129, and PERM applications. The advisor partners strategically with academic departments to develop immigration solutions while ensuring institutional compliance with federal requirements.
Senior Program Coordinator
To perform advanced education abroad advising, program administration, development, and coordination. Will be responsible for providing the ongoing training of academic advisors about curriculum integration and international opportunities. Advances the awareness and understanding of education abroad opportunities through collaboration with departments and international partners to provide innovative, academically relevant programs and exceptional student services within the college infrastructure. Collaborates with the college or school international education committees under the direction of the CSU leadership and at the direction of Education Abroad leadership.
