The Assistant Director of Global Risk & Safety provides operational management and execution of unit programs, procedures, and training as it pertains to employee and student international travel, and leads the education and training function of the unit. This position has a university-wide scope which includes coordinating responses for health and safety emergencies abroad associated with university travelers.
Academic Records Program Coordinator, Education Abroad
The Administrative Program Coordinator is responsible for the integrity of academic records associate with international activities. This position manages a portfolio of over 90 faculty course evaluators, coordinates the multi-faceted course approval, verification and credit posting process that is required for UT Austin to remain in compliance with federal financial aid regulations. This position coordinates activities across multiple academic units (Law, Business, Engineering and Liberal Arts) and is responsible for guiding, training and communication with over 30 UT professional Education Abroad Coordinators.

Assist in the processing and preparation of immigration documents for F-1 and J-1 students. Ensure university's compliance with federal regulations and keep detailed records of all processes. Provide excellent communication to international students and campus community.
Assistant Sponsored and Exchange Programs Advisor

This position serves as the University’s primary point of contact and authority for international insurance and health clearances.
Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist, Texas Global
Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) at Texas Global, the Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling contract administration responsibilities for Texas Global. The position is responsible for supporting a wide range of responsibilities that require procurement and contractual review, applying contractual judgment and expertise to assist in delivering information and decision support. Responsible for a broad scope of contractual activities, including but not limited to assisting with preparation, submission, management, tracking, and close-out of business contracts, ensuring best practices and compliance with The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas System rules and regulations.
