Administrative Associate
Responsible for supporting the administration and execution of faculty-led programs within education abroad programs.
Administrative Associate
Provide administrative support for international student and scholar programming and initiatives. Assist with and participate in the implementation of events for the international population. Work as a highly functioning, collaborative member of the intercultural programming and initiatives team and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) as a whole.
Finance Manager
Reporting to the Associate Director for Finance at Texas Global, the Finance Manager will be responsible for directing and managing accounting and financial reporting functions for assigned units within Texas Global. The incumbent will manage direct reports and provide financial leadership to ensure sound fiscal practices that enable streamlined operations in and provide scalability to the advancement of Texas Global. The incumbent is responsible for exercising sound, independent judgment, applying advanced accounting knowledge involving routines of considerable complexity, and preparing complex regular and special financial reports and statements.
International Student Advisor
Advise international students on matters including, yet not limited to, immigration. Work closely with academic departments to support international students. Ensure the university’s compliance with federal regulations and keep detailed records of all processes. Work as a highly functioning, collaborative member of the student immigration advising team and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) as a whole.
Program Coordinator
The program coordinator at International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) coordinates programs to support the academic, cultural, and social adjustment of students and scholars.
Senior Outreach Program Coordinator
Reporting to the assistant director for intercultural programs and initiatives, the senior program coordinator manages the International Student and Scholars Services (ISSS) activities that support and enrich the on-campus experiences for the international student and scholar community. The senior program coordinator is responsible for monitoring the ISSS communication plan, including emails, social media, and program marketing.
Senior Program Coordinator
To perform advanced education abroad advising, program administration, development, and coordination. Will be responsible for providing the ongoing training of academic advisors about curriculum integration and international opportunities. Advances the awareness and understanding of education abroad opportunities through collaboration with departments and international partners to provide innovative, academically relevant programs and exceptional student services within the college infrastructure. Collaborates with the college or school international education committees under the direction of the CSU leadership and at the direction of Education Abroad leadership.
