Global Career Launch (GCL) offers three tracks for internship opportunities.
International work experience develops important skills, builds resumes and expands professional networks. Faculty-Driven Internships provide students with the opportunity to intern or conduct research abroad under the guidance of a UT Austin professor.
Internships with or without coursework are available in more than 30 countries through our affiliate programs and exchange partners.
Students can search for internships abroad with UT Austin alumni and corporate partners through Handshake. Students who identify an internship abroad should register their travel and receive advising support from the Texas Global Internship Coordinator by contacting international.internships@austin.utexas.edu.
