I wasn’t selected for a scholarship this cycle. Can my application be reconsidered?

Students cannot have their applications reconsidered in order to ensure a fair awarding process.

I missed the deadline for a scholarship. Can I still apply?

We adhere to strict deadlines for our scholarship applications. If you believe your application should be considered due to an extraneous circumstance, please let us know.

Can I submit my application over email?

No. Applications have to be sent over Global Assist in order to be included in the competition and ranked properly.

Can my scholarship NOT cover my parking/library bars/etc.?

No, all scholarships will be applied to outstanding fines/balances in What I Owe before being disbursed to a student. We cannot make exceptions if a student has outstanding fees.

Can my scholarship be used the summer after I graduate?

Very few scholarships can be used after graduation. It will be best to check in with the Texas Global Scholarship Team to see if your scholarship can be used after graduation.
