After Acceptance (Non-UT Students)
Students must fill out the following forms and e-mail them to their program coordinator as soon as their acceptance is confirmed. All forms must be received one month prior to travel.

- Misconduct Resolution
- Release and Indemnification Agreement
- Health Clearance
- Emergency Medical Authorization & Contact
- Refund Policy
Additionally, you will be asked to provide your flight itinerary and passport information to your program's specific coordinator.
