Front Desk Services
Location: We are located at 2400 Nueces St., Suite B.
Hours: The Texas Global front desk is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
The front desk can help with general questions and previously scheduled document pick-ups. The front desk staff are not ISSS advisors and cannot provide immigration advising.
Signature Hours
International students and scholars may walk in to request:
- I-20 or DS-2019 travel signatures (students and scholars)
- Social Security Employment Verification Letter signatures (students only)
Please note that these services are also available for students and scholars via myIO and do not have to be done on a walk-in basis.

Express Advising
For international students with quick questions.

- For quick immigration questions or quick questions about pending requests

- Starting April 6: Mondays, 1-1:30 p.m.
- Fridays, 9-11:30 a.m.
- Wednesdays, 1-3:30 p.m.
Please be aware that check-in may end early depending on the line.
