English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) Training

Our program provides intensive training for secondary and university-level teachers who offer their courses with English as the Medium of Instruction (EMI). Our two-week summer program is conducted in partnership with National Taiwan Normal University's Resource Center for EMI.

Coursework

We typically begin the training online with an introductory course. Our EMI in-person training consists of 25-30 program hours per week for two to four weeks. Participants will attend classes five days per week, but additional cultural enrichment activities will be scheduled on evenings and weekends.
