Complaints
The English Language Center is committed to help you develop the English skills you need to achieve your goals. To support your success, we have established policies, created curriculum, hired qualified instructors, and provided appropriate learning environments.
We hope you enjoy your studies with us. However, if you have a concern or complaint regarding a policy, faculty or staff member, or any aspect of the program, please visit our office to speak with a member of our administrative team and complete a student complaint form.
All complaints are reviewed by the Associate Director and Director. We will contact you about your concerns and, when appropriate, take corrective action. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.
We hope to resolve any issues directly within our office. However, students who believe that the program is not meeting established standards also have the right to file a formal complaint with our accrediting agency, the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA).
