Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges
The University of Texas at Austin maintains accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The statement of accreditation is published by the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost’s.
Commission on English Language Accreditation
The English Language Center is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation for the period April 2020 through April 2030 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions. We are members of UCIEP, an independent consortium of university and college-administered English programs in the United States.

Study Texas
We are a member of Study Texas, a nonprofit organization devoted to the promotion of study and degree opportunities in the Lone Star state.
Education USA
We work with Education USA, which provides advising on language study and higher education opportunities in the U.S. Education USA offers more than 400 advising centers in over 170 countries.
TESOL
Our faculty are members of TESOL, an international association of professionals advancing the quality of English language teaching through professional development, research, standards, and advocacy.
NAFSA
Our administrative staff are members of NAFSA, the world's largest nonprofit association dedicated to international education and exchange.
