Programs and Services

We harness the strength of UT’s exceptional faculty, world-class facilities, and innovative community to create transformational, customized academic and professional programs for students and professionals. Our team of experienced international program professionals develop content and oversee all logistical details. No matter what your organization needs, we can customize a program to fit.

Logistics and Administration

For each program, our team provides:

• Designated on-campus program coordinator and emergency support
• Airport pick-up and drop-off
• Accommodations on or near the University campus
• Orientation and program materials
• Issuance of University identification cards
• Option to access to University Health Service

Program Content

Programs range in length from one to 12 weeks for groups up to 40 participants and can include a selection of the following program elements:

• Academic courses and lectures
• Leadership and professional workshops
• Thematic seminars
• Site visits to local businesses and organizations
• Professional placements up to one month
• Cultural activities and immersion
• Community service engagement
• Networking opportunities and mentorship
• Virtual pre-departure orientation
