  • Dec 17, 2020

In UT faculty member Orlando Kelm’s recent book, “The Seven Keys to Communicating in Mexico: An Intercultural Approach,” the associate professor of marketing and Hispanic linguistics discusses communication challenges in Mexico alongside co-authors Olivia Hernández-Pozas of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, and David Victor of Eastern Michigan University.
