Minor in Moody Aims to Globalize Communication

The Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin has opened a minor in global communication to the entire undergraduate student body as of the Fall 2024 semester.
The global communication minor is designed to teach students about the essential role of communication in an increasingly interconnected and multicultural society, offering them a global perspective of the communication industries.
Previously only open to Moody students, this minor will now be offered to all UT undergraduates. Students in this minor will take classes that add a global lens to the usual areas of focus within Moody, such as international advertising, intercultural communication and introduction to global media, among many more.
