Learn More About the Gilman Scholarship

The Gilman Scholarship is a generous federal scholarship of up to $5,000 for study abroad and a great opportunity for U.S. citizens receiving a Federal Pell Grant to fund their international experience.

We will be hosting a writing workshop for students to drop by and receive advice/tips on application essays. This will be come-and-go at any point during the allotted time. You can show up with everything written or nothing at all, seeking help or just a quiet space to work. Staff and scholarship alumni will be there to assist!
