Tisha Korkuś

Tisha obtained her B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Trinity University and her M.A. in International Education from the SIT Graduate Institute. Tisha served as a Study Abroad Advisor at Trinity University and as the Director of Intercultural Learning at Southwestern University in Georgetown. She has over ten years of experience as an F-1 Designated School Official (DSO) and Principal Designated School Official (PDSO). She joins us from Central Market where she ran the Gift Baskets department.

Tisha has an adorable three year old daughter and a minor obsession with Bluey. She loves geeking out about cultural differences (especially food culture), collecting various language-specific idioms, and baking biscotti. Her previous work in study abroad directly led to meeting her husband (while on a site visit), and indirectly to the complicated process of getting married abroad and bringing him to the United States.
