Jack Taylor

Jack brings nearly two decades of front-line customer service experience across a range of industries, including food service, grocery, nonprofit work, and higher education. For the past seven years, he has been part of Texas Global, starting in Passport Services and later joining the English Language Center. He loves meeting students from around the world and getting to know them.

Originally from northeast Louisiana, Jack earned his B.A. in history and political science from Texas State University. He has studied Spanish, French, and Korean, and one of his favorite things is learning a new word or phrase in another language.

Jack is passionate about animals—especially cats. In his free time, he enjoys listening to podcasts, watching or reading science fiction and fantasy, and spending time with his partner and their pets.
