Sam Hays

Assistant International Student Advisor

Sam obtained his B.A. in both journalism and international relations and global studies from The University of Texas at Austin. He recently served in ISSS through the UTemps program. Prior to UTemps, Sam worked at Collège Jean Lurçat north of Paris, France, where he taught English as a Language Assistant. Sam speaks English, French, and Spanish. He lived in Paris for almost two years and is also a singer-songwriter and photographer. He is passionate about global inequality and hopes to provide higher education access for as many students as possible.
