Kassey is excited to join the Education Abroad team at Texas Global as a Program Coordinator! She has lived in Texas her whole life and is passionate about intercultural exchanges and experiences. She looks forward to helping students go abroad at UT!

Kassey received a bachelor's degree in Global Studies at St. Edward's University, where she had the opportunity to study abroad in Angers, France for a semester and served as a Community Assistant for the program helping connect fellow students to the local French community, creating a passion for helping others along their study abroad journeys. Upon returning, she worked for the Global Engagement Office at St. Edward's until graduating. This role allowed her to interact with students who needed advising and help with choosing study abroad programs, and set her on the path to pursue a Master of Arts in International Studies at Texas State University! During her time there, she worked briefly at the Texas Capitol before moving on to work in the student outreach team at Academic Programs International.

In her free time, Kassey enjoys drawing, reading, exploring local hiking spots, and spending time around the city with friends!
