Rebecca serves as the Senior Administrative Associate in Texas Global Education Abroad. During the Fulbright application season she also serves as The University of Texas at Austin’s Fulbright Program Advisor.

Rebecca was first introduced to international education when she spent her senior year of high school abroad in Normandy, France as a Rotary Exchange Student. She continued to study various languages in college including French, German, and Mandarin. She graduated from Boston University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and shortly afterwards moved to China to work in Beijing. After returning to the U.S., she started her career at UT Austin with SSD (Services for Students with Disabilities) and moved to Texas Global in October 2019.

In her spare time Rebecca is interested in studying Chinese history and Mandarin. She also enjoys kayaking, reading, baking, and framing souvenirs from her travels.
