Before joining Texas Global as a Faculty-Led Program Coordinator in Education abroad in 2025, Farrah obtained her Bachelor’s in Diplomacy and International Relations from Tamkang University in 2021. She later returned to Texas and served as a Graduate Administrative Assistant at Texas Global while completing her Master’s degree in Global Policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT Austin. She also worked as an MPA Program Liaison in the Czech Republic with the McCombs School of Business and interned with the Transitional Justice Working Group in Seoul, South Korea.
From a young age, Farrah has been involved in intercultural exchange by attending her local Chinese Community Center in Houston, Texas. Having been awarded government scholarships such as the NSIL-Y, Huayu Enrichment and Boren scholarships, she has been able to immerse herself in the language and cultures of China, Taiwan, and South Korea. These experiences deepened her appreciation and passion for global education, and she advocated locally and internationally for students to explore opportunities abroad.
In her free time, Farrah enjoys studying languages, cooking, crocheting, and exploring new communities through food and travel.
