Originally from Albania, Edit has developed a global perspective through her studies in Tunisia, France, and the U.S., and professional travels across more than 35 countries. Fluent in multiple languages, she is committed to embracing cultural diversity, inspiring personal growth, and striving to bring joy to others.

Edit's career includes roles as a civil servant in Albania’s Department of Education, Country Manager of the Erasmus Program, and K-12 Education Advisor at the French Embassy in the U.S. She has taught French language and culture at Tirana Public University, Rollins College, Dallas College, and Annapolis High School, actively supporting study abroad initiatives.

An accomplished literary translator, Edit has translated over 26 novels into Albanian, including works by Marcel Proust, Choderlos de Laclos, and Michel Houellebecq. Her notable translations include La Prisonnière and Albertine Disparue from Marcel Proust's In Search of Lost Time. She received the national prize for Best Translator from the Albanian Department of Culture in 2016.

Edit holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature from the University of Carthage and an M.A. in French Literature from the University of Tirana. She further pursued graduate studies at École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in Strasbourg, France, earning Magna Cum Laude honors in Public Administration with a specialization in International Relations.

In her free time, Edit enjoys dancing, traveling, and reading. She is a devoted mother of three and loves spending time by the Mediterranean.
