Earlier in his career, Christian directed interdisciplinary study abroad programs in Ghana, West Africa, supporting faculty and students in immersive academic experiences that combined coursework, service-learning, and cultural exchange—work that shaped his long-term commitment to expanding access to global learning opportunities.
Most recently, Christian served as Senior Program Coordinator for International Engineering Education at UT Austin, managing a portfolio of global programs that included faculty-led initiatives, pilot internship programming, and partnership engagement across Europe and Japan. His work has spanned program development, faculty collaboration, international partnership management, student advising, and on-site program oversight. Christian also worked in Education Abroad earlier in his career as a program coordinator on the faculty-led team, and we are looking forward to welcoming him back.
Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience running hands-on, perspective-changing programs across multiple colleges and departments at UT Austin with a strong focus on innovation, access, and meaningful faculty collaboration.
