Caroline is a Senior Program Coordinator on the Global Customized Programs team, where she manages, develops, and implements an assigned portfolio of short-term academic and professional programs, both grant and customized. She joined Texas Global as a Program Coordinator on the Global Customized Programs team, primarily supporting the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Fellowships, and the KAUST Gifted Student STEM Research Program.

Prior to Texas Global, Caroline coordinated VolunteerUT at the Center for Community Engagement at The University of Texas at Austin and taught English in Madrid, Spain for three years. Her international adventures started early, as she studied abroad in both Valparaíso, Chile and London, UK as an undergraduate. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Elon University and an M.Ed. in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from The University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, Caroline enjoys traveling, yoga, dance, and hiking with her dog.
