Caroline is the Team Lead for Global Customized Programs, where she manages the team's portfolio of grant-funded and customized academic and professional exchange programs. Prior, she was a Senior Program Coordinator on the same team, with program management including the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, Fulbright Pakistan Student Seminar, Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative, and Fulbright COMEXUS Mexican Teaching Students Program.

Before coming to Texas Global, Caroline coordinated VolunteerUT at the Center for Community Engagement at The University of Texas at Austin and taught English in primary schools in Madrid, Spain. Her international adventures started early, as she studied abroad in both Valparaíso, Chile and London, UK as an undergraduate. She holds an M.Ed. in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Elon University. Caroline is bilingual in Spanish, and her in free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, dance, and hiking with her dog.
