Rachelle Bumgardner is the the Special Programs and Sponsored Students Coordinator for the English Language Center. She is a native Texan and began her career in language education in 2003. Before joining the English Language Center in May 2010, she taught English as a Second Language in England, Uruguay, and Mexico. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Language Studies from the University of Westminster in London, England, and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Texas State University. She speaks fluent Spanish and is studying Arabic. She attributes her passion for teaching ESL to her culturally diverse students, whom she learns from every day. In her free time, Rachelle enjoys running, swimming, and watching movies.
