Alyssa Shokri is the Senior Graphic Designer for Texas Global at The University of Texas at Austin where she is responsible for the design and production of all print and digital communications for Texas Global and its various offices and programs.

Prior to this role, Alyssa was an Associate Art Director for the brand and creative marketing team at NXP Semiconductors. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University with a double major in Communication Design and Studio Art as well as an Associates in Art from Cottey College, a Liberal Arts institute for women in Nevada, MO.

Alyssa’s love for artistic expression can be traced back to early childhood. While her love for international travel came later in life, it has taken her as far as Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam with hopes to further experience different cultures and their appreciation of the arts across the globe.
