Texas Global is pleased to offer two new opportunities for University of Texas students and alumni to network, engage and collaborate with their Longhorn peers around the world: Linkedin and Hookedin.
Texas Global Linkedin
Join Texas Global on LinkedIn, the world’s largest and most widely recognized professional networking platform. The Texas Global page provides students and alumni with a vast international network to stay up to date on the university’s global activities, interact with peers and mentors, strengthen their global connections, access career resources, offer advice and share professional opportunities.
Hookedin
Join the Texas Global group in HookedIn, the first online community exclusively for UT alumni. A joint effort of the Texas Exes, Texas Career Engagement, Texas Global and the university’s colleges and schools, HookedIn offers a career-boosting community to stay informed on news and events. The platform provides an easy way to post and search for jobs and an opportunity to mentor or offer support to alumni and students.
The Texas Global group is tailored to alumni living and working around the world. After creating your account, you will not be automatically added to the group and will need to proactively join it. Click on “Groups” in the left-hand navigation and search for “Texas Global” or find it in the list.
