UHD-ISSS Wellness Lunch: Healthy Dining and Food Prep Demo

Join us for a healthy, complimentary lunch and food prep demonstration, catered by Forty Acres Catering and sponsored by University Housing and Dining (UHD). We will hear from UHD Registered Dieticians Julia Lehle and Emily Shackleton about the health benefits of our lunch, which will be prepared from locally sourced ingredients. Finally, UHD Sustainability Manager Cecilia Raatz will present on sustainable food practices.
