As India's various industries continue to mature, they will add to global GDP and raise millions from poverty - however, they may also increase pollution, wealth disparity, and other challenges. Impact entrepreneurs have a ripe opportunity to address social and environmental issues across India over the coming years.
The Global Sustainability Leadership Institute (GSLI) is proud to support student entrepreneurs through the inaugural Parekh Impact Prize, a $10,000 seed grant that will be awarded to a venture that has a social and/or environmental impact in India.
