Come learn about a wonderful May Term: Land Use Issues in Costa Rica! At this information session, you will learn more about the application process and meet the faculty members, Dr. Ruth Buskirk and Dr. Debra Hansen, who will be leading this immersive experience!

The experiences in Costa Rica will range from field studies in a remote Pacific rain forest, to mountain cloud forests, to the lowlands on both dry and wet sides of the central mountain ranges.

This course examines the ecological, social and economic pressures affecting land use and considers a variety of perspectives.
