Korea Week: Industry and Institutional Relations Night

Kick off Korea Week at The University of Texas at Austin with an evening exploring the academic, industry, and community connections linking UT Austin, Austin, and South Korea.
Senior Vice Provost for Global Engagement and Chief International Officer Sonia Feigenbaum will open the week with a look at UT Austin’s engagement with Korea, followed by perspectives on the connections between industry, the University, and the local community. Peter Kwon, associate professor and National Security Fellow at UT Austin, will deliver a keynote examining South Korea’s evolving role in the Indo-Pacific, including U.S.-Korea cooperation and the country’s growing cultural and technological influence around the world.
The evening will conclude with a networking reception featuring Korean-inspired refreshments.
