This support group is designed for students who are navigating adjustment to life in the U.S. This group offers a supportive space for students to share and process their experiences of studying abroad, being away from home, experiencing homesickness, navigating different cultural norms, exploring ways of communication with faculty and their peers, adjustment concerns, interpersonal relationships, independence, academic stress, and many other topics. Participants are able to offer and receive support, develop meaningful connections, and learn tools and strategies to support healthy adjustment, self-care, and resilience. Students are welcome to join the group at any point during the semester.

This is a series of virtual sessions led by the Counseling and Mental Health Center's (CMHC) Dr. Arna Erega and Asmita Saha, offered on Thursday afternoons for four weeks. Click the link to register for the group and CMHC the facilitator will contact you via email with additional information about the group.
