Global to Local Conference 2025: War-Related Health
For:
Students, Faculty, General Public
Date:
The Annual Global to Local Conference, founded in 2018 by the Global Health Interest Group at Dell Medical School, fosters conversations about healthcare challenges both worldwide and in our local communities. This year’s conference, “How Healthcare Systems are Impacted in Times of War,” will explore the profound effects of geopolitical conflicts on public health and medical infrastructure. Distinguished speakers will lead discussions on the unique medical needs of displaced populations, the ethical challenges of providing care in unstable regions, and how health professionals navigate these crises.
Join us on April 3rd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Health Discovery Building Auditorium to gain deeper insight into the intersection of global conflict and health equity.
