The Fulbright U.S. Student Program awards more than 2,100 grants annually to American students and professionals to study, conduct research, and serve as assistant English Teachers in 160 countries around the world.

Stephanie Bishop, UT Austin's Fulbright program administrator, will provide an overview of the Fulbright application and campus review process for the Fulbright 2025-2026 competition cycle. Fulbright proposals are due Fall 2024, but how do you get from an idea to a well-developed proposal? This workshop will assist you with strengthening your prose.

This event is for applicants interested in the Study/Research application.

Interested students should RSVP to fulbright@austin.utexas.edu.

  • Be a U.S. citizen at the time of the application (permanent residents are not eligible)
