Assistant Director, English Language Center

The role is responsible for the effective management and implementation of essential English Language Center operations, while also making recommendations on policies, procedures, and systems. The assistant director is key in recruiting and retaining local clients for customized programs. They are also a member of the ELC administrative team, providing input and collaborating on unit-wide initiatives.

Assistant International Student Advisor

Serve as a member of the student advising team in International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). Assist in the processing and preparation of immigration documents for F-1 and J-1 students. Ensure university's compliance with federal regulations and keep detailed records of all processes. Provide excellent communication and support to international students and campus community.

Intercultural Programs Administrative Associate

Provide administrative support for international student and scholar programming and initiatives. Assist with and participate in the implementation of events for the international population. Work as a highly functioning, collaborative member of the community development and outreach (CDO) team and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) as a whole.
