  • Arrive earlier in the day. Mornings are best.
  • Fill out all the forms out before you arrive. You can download the DS-11 form from the U.S. Department of State's website.
  • Thursday and Friday are our busiest days. Expect longer wait times on Thursday and Friday afternoons.

Only photo and processing fee can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, cash, money order, or cashier's check. Passport fees must be paid by check or money order.

Yes, everyone has to be present for the entire process.

Yes, you must submit the originals. It will be mailed back to you 7 business days after getting the new book and/or passport.
