Intensive English Programs for Individuals

Academic English Program
We offer high-quality language instruction by experienced faculty combined with support from a team of exceptional academic leaders, administrative support and student advisors. Courses in our Academic English Program (AEP) focus on reading, writing, listening, speaking and pronunciation to prepare non-native English speakers for success in undergraduate and graduate degree programs at universities in the United States and other English-speaking countries.

English Language Program
If you're looking to improve your communication skills in English, our English Language Program (ELP) will equip you with the tools to express yourself more effectively and accurately in your written and spoken English. Through courses in writing, grammar, listening and speaking, and reading and discussion, learn to communicate more comfortably and increase your understanding in a variety of situations.
Customized Intensive English Programs for Groups
We offer short-term customized programs designed specifically for groups that provide superior English as a Second Language (ESL) training plus unique cultural experiences, helping each participant advance their knowledge and communication skills. The English Language Center can customize a program ideally suited for the needs of your group of ten or more.

English Language and Culture Programs
We can create an English language and cultural immersion program specifically for the needs of your group. All programs combine intensive coursework in English as a Second Language and cultural excursions. Classes cover a variety of topics including English language, American culture and academic skills. Dates are flexible and programs range in length from two weeks to a full semester.

Teacher Training
Our customized teacher training in English as a Foreign Language is designed to produce the best TEFL teachers in primary, secondary and university-level education. This unique four-week program combines classroom and practical experiences to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to excel as instructors of English as a Foreign Language. Participants attend classes four days a week with one day per week dedicated to special opportunities for professional development and cultural immersion.
