Engage with Deirdre Mendez, director of the Center for Global Business, and Orlando Kelm, associate professor of marketing and Hispanic linguistics, on the topic of bridging cultural differences in US-Brazil collaborations.

In this presentation, two experienced cross-cultural facilitators and authors from The University of Texas at Austin will explain cultural perspectives in the two countries that commonly undermine relationships. Participants will gain insight into the benefits of both approaches and ways to manage confusion and conflict. Practical recommendations will help participants develop strategies for establishing collaboration cultures that get the best from both partners.

Sponsored by LLILAS Benson, the Center for Global Business at the McCombs School of Business and the Portuguese Flagship Program.
