To start the process, discuss your interest in participating in a UT program with your own study abroad office, your academic advisor and your financial aid advisor. Once you have selected a program, complete the following forms and email them to the appropriate UT education abroad or departmental program coordinator.
- Admissions Form
- Transcript (official transcript from your current institution)
- Education Abroad Advisor Confirmation Form
- Acknowledgement Form (financial aid & credit)
Some programs may require the following
- Recommendation Letter(s)
- Language Evaluation
Texas Global must receive the Admissions Form, Official Transcript, Advisor Confirmation Form, and Acknowledgement Form by the following deadlines:
- Abroad Spring: October 1
- Abroad Summer: February 15
- Abroad Fall: March 1
