Amy joined Texas Global in April 2016 and currently serves as the assistant director of experiential learning and curriculum development for Education Abroad. She holds a Master of Arts in liberal studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and a Master of Arts degree in English with a concentration in TESOL from Salisbury University as well as Pre K-12 teaching certification.
Previously, she served as director of career development and employer relations for Global Experiences, and as director of leadership and civic engagement at Frostburg State University. She loved working in London, Dublin, and Paris, but feels most at home exploring a river whether fly fishing or by kayak.
Professionally, her interests are in bridging the curricular and co-curricular through the measurement of learning, and in opening access for underrepresented populations in higher education.
