Nick Gendron

Program Coordinator

Nick is originally from Boston, MA and received his undergraduate degree in Communications at the University of New Hampshire. While receiving his bachelor’s degree, Nick studied and interned in Gold Coast, Australia for a semester where he found his passion for international education. After finishing his degree at UNH, Nick worked at EF Education First where he helped educators establish experiential learning opportunities for the students in their communities. His experience at EF led him to explore a master’s degree in higher education at Merrimack College where he worked closely with study abroad programs and international student support.

After completing his master’s degree, Nick worked in Thessaloniki, Greece as a student success coordinator helping first year students navigate their first semester of college in a new environment. In his free time, Nick likes to stay active and participate in any activity that is outdoors. Nick is extremely excited to be a part of the UT Austin team and cannot wait to help students navigate their own study abroad experiences.
